Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number
- We'll review your request and provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Ship the item back to us using the provided label
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our inventory (this is the final remaining stock from Hollywood Poochie), we cannot guarantee exchanges. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item before it sells out.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund — no return shipping needed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted). If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
