All orders ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns
We want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, here's our return policy:
- 14-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Contact us at our contact page to initiate a return
- We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our inventory, exchanges are subject to availability. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to ensure you get what you want before it sells out.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.
